Key Aspects of the Role:

  • Conveyancing experience of +5 years required
  • Advising clients on all aspects of residential Conveyancing including freehold & leasehold
  • conveyancing, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, new-build, and shared ownership
  • Responding to clients in a professional, friendly and timely manner

Key Skills Required:

  • Good working knowledge of all aspects of Residential Conveyancing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Ability to prioritise work and confidence to work within a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Flexibility and adaptability attitude to work
  • IT literate in Excel and Outlook
  • Working knowledge of case management systems, and an understanding of online systems used for
  • SDLT submissions, Land Registry applications etc.

Working Pattern:

  • Full time 37.5 hours / 5 days per week preferred – part time hours would be considered

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary – Negotiable (based on experience)
